Q.Does the token mean I legally own the land?+
No. A real company (an SPV) holds the actual legal title, the normal way, through the county. The token is a share in that company. Owning the token means owning a piece of what the company owns.
Q.So what does the blockchain actually do?+
It makes buying and selling your share fast, easy, and visible to everyone — instead of slow paperwork, it's one transaction. The legal title itself never moves on-chain.
Q.What does the AI actually verify?+
It reads the submitted documents — lease, invoice, title, deed — and checks that the details match and make sense (dates, amounts, parties). It then gives a risk score with its reasoning, instead of a black-box number.
Q.Is this legally binding right now?+
This is a hackathon demo. The flow and structure are real and modeled on how live RWA projects work, but no SPV, license, or legal entity exists yet behind this build.
Q.Why X Layer?+
Low fees and fast settlement, which matters when assets are traded in small shares rather than one expensive lump sum.
Q.Does this only work for one country?+
No. The verification and SPV structure is designed to repeat in any market — the AI checks documents, not geography.
